Even though Phoenix is still enjoying warm, sunny days, fall brings a different energy to the housing market. Families have settled back into school routines, summer vacations are over, and many buyers begin focusing on making a move before the holidays.

I love helping clients during this season because it often creates opportunities that people overlook.

In many cases, there’s less competition than during the busy spring months. Buyers may have a little more room to negotiate, and sellers who list their homes in the fall are often motivated to make a move before the end of the year. That combination can create a great opportunity for both sides.
